Responsibilities
• Prepare and process payments, claims and disbursements
• Perform reconciliations.

Requirements
• Min O’ Level with 1 to 2 years’ experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and high level of teamwork are essential.
• Able to work under tight schedule

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead Accounts Assistant to maintain accurate accounting system records and adequate internal controls for subsidiary
  • Maintain and oversee subsidiary’s finance and accounting operations to ensure timely monthly and year-end closings
  • Ensure accurate & timely financial and management reporting 
  • Perform monthly consolidation of group financial statements 
  • Review, analyze & report on the monthly financial performance & KPIs of Subsidiary, implement work process improvements where necessary
  • Coordinate the annual statutory audit for subsidiary 
  • Coordinate submissions of annual returns for Subsidiary
  • Coordinate and liaison with external auditors for overall group audit, schedules etc.
  • Involve in stock-takes and fixed assets count  
  • Participate & be the team lead in projects, for eg automation of consolidation elimination adjustments, KPI setting & report generation, enhancement of financial statements for Business Unit reporting etc.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent Professional Qualification (ACCA)
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Report directly to the Finance Manager
  • Work with minimum supervision
  • Experience in ERP systems, in particular, Microsoft NAV are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in debt collection & follow up of overdue accounts.
  • Provide admin support to the Credit Team.
  • Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.

Responsibilities
• Daily updates of machine utilization report.
• Handle application/renewal/filing for MOM certification for machines
• Liaise with internal departments and customers on logistics of machine delivery/collection
• Schedule machine delivery and collection promptly
• Handle machinery breakdown calls and coordinate with fields mechanics.

 

Requirements
• Secondary/O Levels certificate is preferred
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Preferably those specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery), Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator software with experience in handling solvent printer and cutter
• With good knowledge of Singapore roads
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work overtime as and when required
