Responsibilities:

  • Manage Day-To-Day Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local law and company policies.
  • Manage end-to-end sales from pre-sales (RFQ, quote, order processing and fulfillment) to after sale activities, project tenders and presentation slides.
  • Build, maintain, create strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Design sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth.
  • Provide guidance and necessary support to staff member.
  • Manage staff training and development.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field, with strong academic performance from a reputable university
  • Proven experience as a Management Executive or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of business practices and operations.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

IT Support

Location: Bekasi

 

Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Welder

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reading blueprints, drawings, and taking or reading measurements to plan layout and procedures.
  • Determining appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
  • Setting up components for welding according to specifications.
  • Repairing machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
  • Testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.
  • Maintaining equipment in a condition that does not compromise.

Assistant Mechanic

Location: Balikpapan / Bekasi / Gresik

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Mechanic in performing inspections and preventative maintenance, repairs and services for heavy equipment.
  • Assisting mechanic in repairing and replacing damaged or worn parts, maintaining accurate records of servicing and repairs to equipment assigned.
  • Performing light duty tasks such as oil changes, tire repairs, general servicing, electrical equipment, etc.
  • Responsible for performing transmission and motor overhauls, testing mechanical. equipment after repair to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Assisting in removing engines and other assemblies, and dismantling for overhaul or replacement.

Mechanic

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
